As an online customer at RÅ skincare, you must be over 18 years of age. If you are younger than this, you must have an adult order for you.
The item is damaged in transit.
Make a note of the damage on the driver's handheld terminal/waybill. Then contact us immediately at amanda@raskincare.no. Take care of the product and packaging.
Complaints
If there is a defect in the product, you must notify us within a reasonable time after you discovered it by emailing amanda@raskincare.no that you wish to make a complaint. We will then provide you with information on what to do next and which address to use for return.
The rules on complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchase Act .

Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on all goods. This applies from the time you receive the goods. The right of withdrawal requires that the goods are returned in the same condition as upon receipt, i.e. in original, undamaged packaging and that the product has not been used. Cosmetics are considered hygiene products, ref. the Norwegian Cancellation Act §22 g), and are therefore not suitable for return if the seal has been broken after delivery.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at amanda@raskincare.no and state that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. You will then receive a confirmation that we have received your email, and you can return the shipment to us. After the package has been received by us, we will refund you for the purchase within 14 days. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will pay the postage for the item yourself. The item must be returned with Bring where the package is tracked all the way and collected at the pickup location. The right of withdrawal only applies to consumer purchases. Warranty
Should you receive the wrong item or items with defects, please contact us at amanda@raskincare.no so that we can arrange a return. We will then send you a new package with the correct items free of charge.
