Product description
A lightweight cream that provides intense moisture, absorbs quickly and leaves skin silky soft and supple. Enriched with essential fatty acids and powerful antioxidants from sunflower oil, vitamins E and C, it helps protect and revitalize the skin.
Moisturizing ingredients like glycerin, tamarind extract, tartaric acid, and lactic acid strengthen the skin barrier, smooth skin texture, and provide a healthy, radiant glow.
The fresh scent of bergamot and lime provides a refreshing yet balanced fragrance experience – perfect for a luxurious skincare routine that goes that little bit extra. If you have very sensitive skin, you should instead use a Favn the silk cream or Favn extra nourishing cream squalane, which are fragrance-free and best for eczema and hypersensitive skin.

Aqua (water): Purified, Norwegian water used to dissolve active ingredients in our moisturizers. Water is naturally found in the skin and is important for maintaining the skin's moisture balance.
Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil (Sunflower Oil): A light, nourishing oil high in vitamin E and essential fatty acids. Protects and softens the skin, strengthens the skin barrier and is suitable for sensitive skin.
Glycerin: A gentle, natural humectant derived from sugar cane. Similar to the skin's own moisturizing factor (NMF), it keeps skin hydrated and soft.
Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil (Jojoba Oil): A near-skin-identical oil that mimics the skin's natural sebum. Softens, balances oil production and has anti-inflammatory properties. Suitable for both sensitive and oily/acne-prone skin.
Cetearyl Alcohol: A mild fatty alcohol that acts as an emulsifier and thickener. It is also emollient and suitable for sensitive skin.
Cetearyl Glucoside: A mild, plant-based emulsifier made from coconut and sugar. Binds oil and water in the product and provides a smooth and soft consistency.
Tamarindus Indica Extract (Tamarind Extract): A plant extract rich in polysaccharides that helps improve the skin's moisture balance and provides a smooth, supple skin surface.
Tartaric Acid: A natural alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) used to adjust pH and help gently exfoliate the skin.
Ascorbyl Palmitate: A fat-soluble form of vitamin C that acts as an antioxidant and contributes to even skin tone and protection against free radicals.
Glyceryl Stearate Citrate: A skin-friendly emulsifier that helps stabilize the product while giving the skin a soft and smooth feel.
Tocopherol (Vitamin E): A powerful antioxidant that protects the skin from free radicals and oxidative stress. It also promotes skin healing.

Sodium Levulinate: A natural, multifunctional ingredient derived from corn. Has both moisturizing and antimicrobial properties. Not classified as a preservative in the EU's Annex V.
Glyceryl Caprylate: A skin-friendly emulsifier with moisturizing and antimicrobial properties. Derived from glycerin and vegetable oils. Improves barrier function and stability.
Citrus Bergamia Peel Oil (Bergamot Oil): A natural essential oil with a fresh scent. Has a mild cleansing and balancing effect on the skin. Used in safe, phototoxin-free varieties.
Sodium Anisate: A natural, multifunctional ingredient extracted from star anise. Has moisturizing and antibacterial properties. Not classified as a preservative according to EU Annex V.
Xanthan Gum: A polysaccharide that stabilizes and thickens the product. Produced through fermentation, gentle and well tolerated even for sensitive skin.
Sorbic Acid: A mild preservative approved in the EU (Annex V). Prevents microbial growth and extends the shelf life of the product. In this product it is used as a preservative for Tamarindus Indica Extract, and is therefore in a very low dose.
Glycine Soja Oil (Soybean Oil): A plant oil rich in essential fatty acids and vitamin E. Helps soften, protect and balance the skin.
Limonene, Linalool, Citral: Natural fragrance components found in essential oils. Listed separately in the ingredient list due to EU requirements. May be allergens in higher concentrations, but used here in small, safe amounts.
