You need:

1 bunch organic celery

½ lemon 

1 apple

5 cm fresh ginger

Blender

Strain

How to make celery juice with a blender:

  1. Wash the vegetables well and peel the ginger and apple if they are not organic.
  2. Cut up and put in a blender or juicer, depending on what you have available. 
  3. Fill the blender with vegetables and then fill the rest with water.
  4. Strain the mixture. Add squeezed lemon and fill into a bottle. 

Tip! To get some extra fiber, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of fruit pulp to your juice.
