3 benefits of using a facial roller

  • Better lymphatic drainage and less fluid retention. Reduced swelling, especially around the eyes and jaw
  • Increased circulation for a fresher glow. Increased circulation provides better absorption and effectiveness of your skincare products
  • A calming effect on tense facial muscles. May contribute to wrinkles from muscle tension between the eyebrows, etc.

How to use the facial roller – step by step

Use light movements with the facial roller for lymphatic drainage. The lighter the pressure, the better the lymphatic drainage. Use the facial roller cold or hot as needed and desired. If you want to work more muscularly, you can use gua-sha, which can withstand a little more pressure. But be careful.

Roll from the nose and out towards the temples.
  6. Eye area
Using the smallest side, gently roll from the inner corner of the eye outwards.
  7. Pan
Roll from the middle outwards to layer your brows, or from the bottom up.
  8. Finish at the neck
Finally, roll gently downwards along the sides of the neck to support drainage.
