Aqua(water)
Purified, Norwegian water is used to dissolve active ingredients in our moisturizers. Water is naturally found in the skin and is important for maintaining the skin's moisture balance.
Shea Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii)
Rich in triterpene saponins with strong anti-inflammatory properties. Relieves skin irritation, redness and itching. Shea butter contains fatty acids and lipids that are naturally found in the skin, and therefore helps to strengthen the skin barrier.
Squalane
A stabilized form of squalene, which is naturally found in skin lipids (approximately 15%). Acts as a powerful antioxidant, strengthens the skin barrier and prevents moisture loss and premature aging. Also has emollient and soothing properties.
Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil
An emollient oil that helps seal in moisture and strengthen the skin's barrier. Rich in triglycerides found naturally in the skin's sebum. Derived from plant oils such as coconut and rapeseed.
Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil)
Non-comedogenic and safe for all skin types, including oily and acne-prone skin. Mimics the skin's natural sebum and balances oil production. Soothes irritated skin and is rich in vitamin E, which protects against environmental aggressors and premature aging.
Glycerin
A gentle and natural humectant derived from sugar cane. Similar to the skin's own moisturizing factor (NMF) and helps keep the skin moist and soft.
Cetearyl Olivate
A gentle, biomimetic emulsifier made from vegetable fatty acids and olive oil. Supports the skin barrier and improves the texture and consistency of products.
Ectoin®
A natural, multifunctional ingredient with solid scientific evidence. Ectoin protects skin cells from environmental stressors such as pollution, UV radiation and blue light. It provides intensive and long-lasting moisture, strengthens the skin barrier and supports the skin's microbiome - making it particularly suitable for sensitive, irritated or allergy-prone skin. Sustainably produced using advanced biotechnology.
Calcium PCA
A mineral-based active ingredient that strengthens the skin's barrier, improves moisture balance and supports cell renewal. By optimizing the skin's environment, it contributes to better skin structure and elasticity, which can facilitate the skin's natural processes, including collagen production. Well suited for sensitive, dehydrated and mature skin
Hydrogenated Lecithin
Stabilized lecithin with a high content of phospholipids – building blocks of cell membranes. Strengthens the skin barrier and has a soothing effect. Our lecithin comes from sunflower oil.
Triheptanoin
A light triglyceride that mimics the skin's own lipids. Softens and strengthens the skin barrier without clogging pores. Suitable for all skin types.
Cetearyl Alcohol
A mild fatty alcohol that provides texture and softens the skin. Also suitable for sensitive skin.
Ceramide NP
A biomimetic ingredient that mimics the skin's natural ceramides. Strengthens the skin barrier, prevents moisture loss and keeps skin healthy and hydrated.
Sodium Hyaluronate
The salt form of hyaluronic acid with a lower molecular weight, which allows it to penetrate deeper into the skin. Binds moisture in the deeper layers of the skin and improves elasticity and skin structure.
Caprylyl Glycol
A multifunctional ingredient that softens and binds moisture, while also having antimicrobial properties. Derived from vegetable fatty acids. It is not classified as a preservative according to the EU Cosmetics Regulation (1223/2009 – Annex V).
Propanediol
A natural humectant and emollient that also improves the absorption of other active ingredients. Our propanediol is derived from corn.
Xanthan Gum
A natural polysaccharide produced by fermenting sugar with Xanthomonas campestris. Gives the product the desired viscosity and stability without irritating the skin.
Glyceryl Caprylate
A natural emulsifier and humectant with antimicrobial properties. Improves the skin's barrier function and stabilizes emulsions. Derived from glycerin and vegetable fatty acids. It is not classified as a preservative according to the EU Cosmetics Regulation (1223/2009 – Annex V).
Lactic Acid 90% (lactic acid)
A natural humectant that is part of the skin's NMF. Helps strengthen the skin barrier and moisture balance, and can stimulate the production of ceramides. Made from plant sugars. Used to regulate pH and, in some products, for a mild exfoliating effect.

This is a lovely moisturizer that suits my sensitive skin very well. I keep it in the fridge which gives an extra pleasant and cooling effect when applied. The cream provides lots of moisture, and the skin feels hydrated all day. Can really be recommended 👌
