The formula contains a combination of cell-communicating peptides, 2% niacinamide, low molecular weight hyaluronic acid and plant-based stem cell extracts. These bioactive ingredients work deep into the skin to stimulate collagen production, improve elasticity and promote a smoother, more hydrated skin surface. The serum is formulated for high tolerance and is also suitable for use around the sensitive eye area. For best results, application in combination with a face cream from RÅ Skincare is recommended.

- 5.5% Cell Communicating Peptide Complex:
Consists of acetyl hexapeptide-8, acetyl tetrapeptide-21 and acetyl tetrapeptide-30, which stimulate collagen and elastin production, even out skin tone and provide firmer skin with reduced visibility of lines and wrinkles.
- 2% Niacinamide (NR):
Nicotinamide riboside is a highly active form of niacinamide that strengthens the skin's barrier, improves elasticity, and reduces the appearance of pores. It also has anti-inflammatory properties and reduces hyperpigmentation.
- Sodium hyaluronate (50 kDa):
Low molecular weight hyaluronic acid that works deep into the skin to add moisture, stimulate collagen production and provide increased firmness.

Aqua (water): Purified, Norwegian water used to dissolve active ingredients in our moisturizers. Water is naturally found in the skin and is important for maintaining the skin's moisture balance.
Glycerin: A gentle and natural humectant derived from sugar cane. Similar to the skin's own moisturizing factor (NMF), it helps keep skin moist and soft.
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3): An active and multifunctional ingredient that helps strengthen the skin barrier, even out skin tone, reduce pigmentation spots and regulate sebum production. Suitable for all skin types.
Acetyl Hexapeptide-8: A peptide known for its “botox-like” effect. Helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by relaxing facial muscles.
Sodium Hyaluronate: The salt form of hyaluronic acid with a low molecular weight. Binds moisture in the deeper layers of the skin and helps increase elasticity and fill in fine lines.
Alpha-Glucan Oligosaccharide: A prebiotic sugar compound that helps strengthen the skin's microbiome and maintain a healthy skin balance. Also has moisturizing properties.
Ubiquinone (Coenzyme Q10): A powerful antioxidant that protects the skin from oxidative stress, supports cell renewal and helps reduce visible signs of aging.
Tetrapeptide-30: A biomimetic peptide that helps even out skin tone, reduce pigmentation and strengthen the skin's protective barrier.
Tetrapeptide-21: A skin-renewing peptide that stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, contributing to firmer and smoother skin.
Sarcocapnos Crassifolia Callus Lysate: A plant-based biotech ingredient that helps soothe, protect and strengthen sensitive or stressed skin.
Punica Granatum Seed Cell Culture Lysate: Stem cell extract from pomegranate seeds. Rich in antioxidants and polyphenols, protects against environmental stress and supports skin regeneration.
Lecithin: A natural ingredient that helps stabilize emulsions and support the skin's barrier function. Softening and moisturizing.
Sodium Levulinate: A natural, multifunctional ingredient derived from corn. Has moisturizing and antibacterial properties that support the skin's microflora and product shelf life. It is not classified as a preservative according to the EU Cosmetics Regulation (1223/2009 – Annex V).
Butylene Glycol: A moisturizing ingredient that also improves the absorption of other ingredients into the skin. Contributes to a smooth and comfortable texture.
Sodium Anisate: A natural, multifunctional ingredient extracted from star anise. Has moisturizing and antibacterial properties that support the skin's microflora and product shelf life. Although it has a preservative function, it is not classified as a preservative according to the EU Cosmetics Regulation (1223/2009 – Annex V).
Maltodextrin: A natural sugar that acts as a stabilizer and carrier for active ingredients. It also has moisturizing properties.
Citric Acid: A natural fruit acid used to adjust the pH of the product. Can also contribute to gentle exfoliation.
Tocopherol (Vitamin E): A powerful antioxidant that protects the skin from free radicals and oxidative stress. It also supports the skin's healing process.
Dehydroacetic Acid: A mild preservative approved in the EU (listed in Annex V). Protects the product against microbial growth and extends shelf life. In this product it is used as a preservative by one of the plant extracts contained in the product, and is therefore added in very small quantities.
Sorbic Acid: A mild preservative approved in the EU (Annex V). Prevents microbial growth and extends the shelf life of the product. In this product it is used as a preservative for Tamarindus Indica Extract, and is therefore in a very low dose.
Benzoic Acid: An approved preservative (Annex V) used to prevent the growth of fungi and bacteria in the product. In this product it is used as a preservative for a plant extract and is therefore added in a very low dose.
Benzyl Alcohol: A preservative and solvent that occurs naturally in some essential oils. Approved in the EU (Annex V) and used in small amounts for product protection. In this product it is used as a preservative for the ingredient Ubiquinone, and is therefore added in a very low dose.
Lactic Acid: An alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that gently exfoliates, binds moisture and strengthens the skin's natural barrier. Part of the skin's natural moisturizing factors (NMF).
Storage:
The product can be stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator as desired. Personally, I find that the serum has a wonderfully delicious and cold gel consistency when stored in the refrigerator.
The products are shipped fresh and newly manufactured from RÅ Skincare's factory in Bergen. 6 months shelf life after opening.
The packaging consists of sustainable glass packaging with a plastic pump. Recycled as glass/plastic.
