Aqua (water): Purified, Norwegian water used to dissolve active ingredients in our moisturizers. Water is naturally found in the skin and is important for maintaining the skin's moisture balance.
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride: A skin-like and emollient oil derived from coconut and glycerin. Rarely clogs pores and is suitable for all skin types. Contributes to a silky-smooth feel and improves skin suppleness.
Glycerin: A gentle, natural humectant derived from sugar cane. Similar to the skin's own moisturizing factor (NMF), it keeps skin hydrated and soft.
Lauryl Glucoside: A mild and natural surfactant (cleanser) made from coconut and sugar. 100% biodegradable and very gentle on the skin – ideal for sensitive skin.
Cetearyl Olivate: A biomimetic emulsifier derived from olive oil and vegetable fatty acids. Helps improve product texture and supports the skin's barrier function.
Squalane: A stable, skin-like lipid found naturally in sebum. Softens, strengthens the skin barrier and protects against moisture loss and external aggressions. Suitable for all skin types.
Sorbitan Olivate: A skin-friendly emulsifier made from sorbitol and olive oil. Has moisturizing and barrier-strengthening properties. Very low comedogenic risk.
Zinc Lactate: A combination of zinc and lactic acid. Has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, while helping to regulate sebum production and strengthen the skin barrier. Also has moisture-binding properties.
Panthenol (Provitamin B5): A soothing and moisturizing ingredient that supports the skin's natural healing process and reduces irritation.
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3): An active and multifunctional ingredient that strengthens the skin barrier, reduces pigmentation and regulates sebum production. It also contributes to more even skin tone and better elasticity.
Ethyl Linoleate: A stabilized form of linoleic acid (omega-6). Has sebum-regulating and anti-inflammatory properties and can help reduce clogged pores and redness.
Lactic Acid: A moisture-binding AHA found naturally in the skin. Strengthens the barrier and supports the skin's ceramide production. Also contributes to a skin-friendly pH and gentle exfoliation.
Caprylyl Glycol: A multifunctional ingredient that provides moisture, softens and has antimicrobial properties. Derived from vegetable fatty acids. It is not classified as a preservative according to the EU Cosmetics Regulation (1223/2009 – Annex V).
Tocopherol (Vitamin E): A powerful antioxidant that protects the skin from free radicals and oxidative stress. It also promotes skin healing.
Xanthan Gum: A polysaccharide that stabilizes and thickens the product. Produced through fermentation, gentle and well tolerated even for sensitive skin.
Propanediol: A natural humectant that improves the penetration of active ingredients. Derived from corn and provides a soft skin feel.
Glyceryl Caprylate: A skin-friendly emulsifier with moisturizing and antimicrobial properties. Derived from glycerin and vegetable oils. Improves barrier function and stability. It is not classified as a preservative according to the EU Cosmetics Regulation (1223/2009 – Annex V).
